It finally happened, broke an omega spring

I have read that you can make one but would rather send it in for some TLC. What do I need to know?

Contact Benchmade and have them setup a warranty claim so you can send it in.

Thanks Mo2 , called benchmade and filled out warranty paperwork and packed into a box. They should have it Friday. Will let you know when I get it back and condition.
