Classic black on black baby!

If only there had been a DC though...

Now I just need to sell my Ferhman to pay for it...

Black on black indeed. That's what I went for, too, plus an LE.

And me makes three. Was gutted I couldn't get black G10 but hey always bet on black (as Wesley Snipes said before he dodged years worth of taxes and got jailed, lol)

I went with that combo myself, but sprung the extra $60 for the hand shaped slabs. To bad you have to sell the Ferhman, that is my 2nd favorite knife. :D

Congrats, good decision  I went for a sage with blk micarta hand shaped scales. Pondering a LE also

Yeah, I really like the Ferhman - I've got a First Strike. Eric Fehrman makes terrific knives. I had convinced myself last night, before placing the order, that I would sell the Fehrman to fund the Busse.

Thing is, I've just pulled it our again (the knife!) and now I'm not sure...

Only problem I've ever had with the First Strike is that placement of the index finger part - it just doesn't quite fit when I'm chopping with it. It could do with being 3/16th inch further back for me. I have to 'make' it work in my hand, unlike all the Busses I have. So it doesn't get out much (not at all any more) and that's a real shame for such a good knife. It will still be hard to part with though.

Yes, but the IRS saw his income tax statement as being red. And then they saw red. And then he got read his rights.

It'd be weird if he's in the prison where Daywalker works.

I've got some words of advice on selling the Fehrman. If you really like it, or even have some misgivings about selling it, don't. I guarantee every time you sell something you aren't sure you don't want anymore that you'll regret it later on down the line.

I'll just say this.

The "classic black on black" is just a few, simple steps away from the uber-sexy "classic double cut on black."

Just sayin'.

I just changed mine from black g10 and a black blade too tan machine grooved and jungle green. I didnt see the reasoning behind an extra 100.00 approx. for the blak g10 option.

My thoughts exactly! Need to rough it up a little first though...

That's exactly the same issue I had with my Fehrman. If you're not chopping than the index finger "choil" is OK...

I have not pulled the trigger yet, still debating. Gotta get a new deer stand, etc etc. I do have a nmfbm so hard to justify this one, go ahead HOGS talk me in to it!!!

Come on, soldier.

You don't need us to explain ...

You need at least one, but probably two, knives of every blade length! :D

The NMSFNO can fill the 8" slot.
