I bought 7 in december, and just this year I have bought 8 and taken posession of 7 new blades.

So in an attempt to curb this addiction I will publicly chronicle my NOT, buying any knew knife in the month of March.

I will do a sheath, possibly Micarta, but NO new knives in the month of March.

Feel free to tempt me, support or join in


NO KNIFE MARCH.

My last purchase was a Mora, so not too crazy. But I do have two customs in the works, one is just about ready and I'll need to send payment soon :eek: Plus there's the Becker/Ritter Perseverance that I hope will ship this month... Naw, I don't March is safe for me... Maybe April, sure, that's the ticket!
 
I will pledge my support unless that guy calls me back about the Great Eastern Cutlery slipjoint pre-order waiting list that I'm on.

Hey, maybe we can try to use up one of our knives in March, thus creating a real need for replacements in April...

Oh yeah, and if I find a really good deal on either another BK11 or an Eskabar then I'm probably out, too. But you know, I'll be sort of hangin in there with ya :D:thumbup:

Oh, and if some sort of breakthrough with the Crewman reissue happens (dare I speak of it?) or the Machax, which looks really cool, I may also fall from the wagon.

Say, one of those EOD Robotics Breacher Bars doesn't count as a knife, right?
 
I was inches from buying a BK-5 via Amazon with Amex rewards points, but decided to be responsible instead. So March may be safe.

That's the only knife I REALLY want. All others I'm likely to try making myself from here on out.

there is no knife I really need......but a ton I really want....

stay away from the knife sale sections.....if that's even possible.

I just ordered a Becker today. Two Beckers actually. Count me out. :D
 
Around 50 days, though the way things are going, I may have an order in this weekend. I can stop whenever I want though...
