I recently won a knife from Mark Douglas, for guessing his birthday, height and weight. And, as promised, I'm supposed to post the pic once I receive it (doggone postal service took 21 days to get here!).

Since I don't have a scanner, I'll just post a picture that's similar to the ones posted earlier, but with the same color as the one I have received. I'll post the real thing once I can scan it.

I also received something else, a mini glass scraper, which is REALLY cute! Same green color (Gee, Mark! You sure are "green" minded! hahahaha).

PS. Yes, your eyes do not decieve you, it's a customized knife for me, with my names etched on it (DANLEY). Too bad I can't show you guys the extra etching found on the blade itself, as I can only extract it to around 0.50"! lol...

Man I'm glad to see it finally arrived! Been gone here from internet access for a few days now, and what a surprise to see it posted here! Glad you like it Danny!

I just about gave up hope of it ever making it to you! Sent on May 8th and just now got it....talk about speedy delivery! Postal Service once again at it's finest!

Mark, I will post the pic of the actual one as promised, as soon as I get my hands on that scanner.

But my edited version is as close as it can get for now.

Remember our daily email exchange? the ones that go "Is it there yet?" "Nope, not yet, still waiting".. LOL!!!

Gary, the postmark date showed that it landed on our shores on the 29th, and was delivered to me on the very same day. As to what happened along the way, from May 8th to the 28th (20 days), we can only guess. I can't really blame our local postal service here, if USPS doesn't ship it in the first place, right? I always compare the postmark, both the day it got received by USPS, and the day it landed here, and it simply shows that USPS does not ship it out right away, but bundle them all together for a time, before shipping, it seems.
