Hope everybody had a good thanksgiving .

I wish they would just move the date to Friday :)

Who knows what the w/e holds.

Hopefully I will be knee-deep in shop work all w/e. I'm going to go check out an F600 truck this morning sometime. Figure it might come in handy for the near furure.

I think I'm still stuffed. Had two Thanksgiving dinners to go to yesterday. :foot:

Firearms deer season opener tomorrow. Woo Hoo.:D and another week of vacation. Knifemaking and hunting for another week. Have a good w/e

Mark - Sure your not compensating for something there buddy??? Big truck!!! What?? you making up for not having....I'lll stop there :)

Going to get dirty grinding some knives.

Glued up 2 last night...............off to finish the handles today. At least half of them :)
 
In about 25 minutes I'll be outside with the grinder, drill, and other such materials needed for finishing my forge!

F600 sounds like something to pull something with. That size, I hope it's a diesl. Some guy here in town has a red one that looks like a dually on steroids. It's all chromed out and 4x4. Think he gets about one mile per gas station.

I'm going to find something to distract me from actions that would mean certain long term jail time.
 
I just purchased a Ford F350 Powerstroke so Im going to take a little time getting to know it a little more and maybe even go for a 4 wheeler ride. I also have few knives to spend some time on.

I spent the first half of the day doing the shopping and buying stuff to keep the wife-with-a-cold on the couch and happy. Just when I thought I was done with my chores, one of my neighbors suddenly needs help as he's bought a router and a new laptop and can't figure a simple network. An hour and a half later his firewall/router is installed, his desktop system is online and his laptop can now seamlessly connect with full WPA security and most of my extra day off is gone :(

I did get to spend the end of the day re-assembling my new KMG after painting it yesterday :) Tomorrow I have to find a switch for it and wire it up, then it's grinding time :)
