to Ohio!!!! Today we started to look for houses in Georgia. My husband got offered a job in Douglasville he really couldn't refuse. Things aren't finalized just yet but it looks like we should be heading south in about 2 months or so. Yee Haw! It's not too far from Atlanta! :D

I'll keep everyone updated!

Good luck, Kassi. Douglasville used to be a nice, sleepy little town. Growing by leaps and bounds now, but it's still a nice place. Atlanta is just a skip down I-20, and Carrollton is just up the interstate in the other direction. I still have a scar in my eyebrow from falling into a rock planter in Douglasville when I was little. You could say it left its mark on me.

I hope you'll talk Jerry into opening a satellite distribution center in Douglasville. That's not too far from where my mom lives. :D
 
Good luck. Get used to the dirt being red instead of black. :eek: At least you can catfish year round. No catfishing in alaska :(

Kassi, let me be the first Georgia HOG to welcome you to our beautiful state. If you become home sick and need an INFI fix after the move, let me know and I'll rush some knives right over. :thumbup:

Don't forget, you'll still get to see everyone at least once a year at Blade and you are always welcome to attend any of our mid-year get togethers.

PM me if you want the official Moving Guide of the South. Some very helpful tidbits about what to expect when y'all get here. As an example, it's important to know the different variations of the word "y'all". "Y'all" may sound like a plural reference but it is infact singular. The same can be said of "y'all's", the differnce being that "y'all's" is singular possesive. "All y'all" on the other hand is plural and of course "all y'all's" is plural possesive.

Good luck with the move and keep us Georgia boys in the loop when you get down here. :cool:

Welcome to Georgia. Quite possibly the most beautiful state in the country as long as you stay out of Atlanta that is. LOL. I don't think I'm too far from D-Ville. You guys need a buddy give me a shout. But I ain't movin furniture. I hate movin furniture.
