I was awakened from a groggy late nite party sleep by CanadaPost this morning... but it was well worth getting up for!!

Two different packages got delivered together for what could possibly be the best Xmas in March ever :D

The big box from Busse contained an ASH LE, ASH CG, and the beautiful psychedelic Snakeskin AD (#21 Cupidganza):

To top it all off the rare HK P7M8 Jubilee (1 of 500) also arrived!

I LOVE both versions of the ASH... still waiting for the HOG. I may just have to pick up a few more!!:D Thanks to Busse and the Crew!!!!!:thumbup:

Sweet scores. I love the smooth snake slabs on that AD variant.

I haven't had a Busse knife with smooth micarta scales until now. I didn't know it was possible until I saw it on another brand of knives.. it's very cool though! I wonder what it will look like with oil

very nice , now i cant wait for my ash's to arrive
how does that swell on the ad feel in the palm ?

The swell is pretty minimal on the AD... it feels nice in hand, standard handles with a .170" thick blade.

The P7 was the most expensive knife/gun I ever bought... I think my CC might have melted, but I'm too afraid to check. I had it imported from the US since it's a *real* rarity in Canada... I heard around 10 exist here!

I thought it was against the law in Canada to own firearms!

Thanks
RickJ

you thought wrong :D

Just for conversation, what do you have to do to be able to own handguns there in Canada, I lived in New York State for a while and the Permit took about 6 months to get, I live in texas now which is alot easier, but just curious about the Canada process to own and or carry?

Thanks,
RickJ

the only carry we have here is to have it locked up on the way to the range
easy to get them though just be a member of a gun club and to do that just have to have a few safety courses
although they sure tried to discourage me

I am a little scared that after our election here in the states, may get a little difficult here but I hope not.

Thanks for the info and I am glad you guys up them get some freedom to enjoy firearms.

robstar,

That is just way too much excitement for anyone to handle in a single day. I will hold the HK for a couple of weeks and then send it back to you as a "surprise".

Congrats.

A little difficult....picture all 50 states having guns laws similar to what we have in the First Republic of California. Cause, if you pardon the pun, it's what they're shooting for.

California's laws are more similar to what we have in Canada than the rest of the States. The morons here are trying to get handguns banned because they think it will eliminate gang gun violence...

Nice guns (and snakeskins) buckman!!

gatorzingo, it was almost too much for one day .. I'm still digesting!! :D

I think its against the law to have two of those Busse when I have none.
Maybe you should send one to this side of the country so we can balance things out. :D

ive never worried much about being legal
but now that you mention the balance thing i think we can work something out :p:D
