I get to my PO box less than once per week. And every once in a while, a perfect storm happens! No knives for 2-3 weeks, then they all drop in at once!
Thanks to a variety of people, I picked these up yesterday!

From the top, one of my favorite brands - a Joseph Rodgers Jack - a great little knife with failed plastic handles! I can visualize them being replaced with Stag!
Next, one of Evan's ESNTLs, with very cool Jigged handles! More about that later . . . . . .
Third, a custom Ettrick by one of our own here - his 25th knife!
Thanks Nathan!!

In this pic below, the top one is an old fiber-handled Scout by Schrade, then a Craftsman large whittler, also Schrade-made!

Finally a big Pruner stamped "<O>" Witness, Sheffield, England.

There is more to the story, which I will post below!

Wow! That is one terrific little collection, I am no dancer but I would probably be skipping after collecting those from the mail box.

Nice haul Charlie  Darn, is that a Taylor Triplet?!

Aaaaaa I hovered over that Craftsman for so long- nice to see it go to the Home-of Schrade!, a nice haul Charlie- I too had a Knife day the other day- I must get my photos up to date- just trying to clear up my Photobucket first.
Looking forward to more of the story!

A fantastic haul, Charlie!! I hovered over the Ettrick...holy mother is that one sweet

2nd knife down in the OP! That is Evan's work, with very nice jigged bone - yes, that is jigged bone!! Nicely functioning Jack, which looks like a section of a Redwood tree!! So cool!!
That knife was a gift from the lucky man who bought my old pickup truck, for his wife!! A sweet truck, I have a feeling his wife is going to be asking, "now where did that old geezer go with my truck?"
:D
Thanks, Barry!!

3rd knife down, Nathan's interpretation of the Elusive Ettrick!
01 steel blade with an Al. Bronze bushing, Gabon Ebony handles, nice firm walk and talk, just right for a working knife! Very nice!!;)

Thanks for the comments Padruig, Jack, Duncan, Jake, Jack, Christian and Gevo!

That ettrick by Nathan... I go by and ogle the prototype at lunch sometimes!
Glad to see them being made.
They are all very nice!

Thank you for the kind words Charlie! Nice day to open the mail box for sure.
Nathan

My goodness! A fistful of steel for sure! Some of those scales! Some of the blades! Just... where do you begin?
Thanks, Neal

Is this what you did when you opened the mailbox?:D
Nice haul.

Does it match the other two??? Please tell us again where they went, Jack!!

Duncan and Paul H Charlie  Certainly looks similar. Let me see if I still have a pic...

Here we go...

Ah, some differences too! :o :D
