Awesomeness for one day!

Thanks to another member, who I shall not name, I pulled the trigger on a 4,5 and 15 at the same time. I was traveling for work so did not get to open them until today. It was incredible. That much Becker steel at once overwhelmed me. It was an emotional roller coaster as each box was slid open to reveal the treats inside. How will I ever be able to give each knife its time in the woods? Which ones will be left behind? What about my existing Beckers? Do the 4 and 5 get their own Remoras? Am I even worthy to own all of them (I have never even started a friction fire!) ? I guess these questions will be answered in time.

Thanks to the nasty weather, work, the fact that the apartment people would probably get upset if I started chopping up the place I have no action pictures. But. I do have pictures. Added bonus - my new Bark River Ultralite Bushcrafter arrived. Since it fit in the mailbox it was used to open the Beckers and thus gets some film time.

Was the best new knife day ever. Thanks for looking. Any thoughts on mods are welcome. Will probably strip the 15. 5 sheath is very loose so any suggestions on that will be helpful.

Thanks for looking. Action shots will be added to the Photo and/or what did you do with your Becker threads in the near future.

Hopefully you didn't spooj on anything when you opened them ;). That's a nice looking collection of 1095CV you got there. I like the Barkie, too. Reading your post makes me very glad I live in my own house with trees/woods at my disposal. Though all the snow still to melt has made it a little difficult to try out some of my recent acquisitions.....

Granitestateofmind,

There may have been a little spooj. You never can tell sometimes :p Never been lucky with property but saving up to buy a couple acres. Singlewide and space is all I need. Keep living free, or die. The company I work for is based in Salem, NH. Beautiful state.

Congrats there, Spameater. That is indeed a nice welcome home party. Let us know when you get a chance to dirty 'em up a bit!

Nice day indeed! Congrats!

Don't worry about the friction fire thing, it will come in time. You are worthy.
