Very nice, TOPS is an excellent brand of knife.
However, I prefer (my opinion only) something that has a guard and a better shape to fit your hand or fingers.
 
i like the spear point one more,but the tanto version,it have a paracore grip , emit tactical feel that have luring me for long time,so i chose tanto one.
 
i'm looking toward getting a street scalpel myself, if i don't end up just making one.

I have a couple of TOPS blade in 1095, all good heavy use knives. I think you`ll be well satisfied with the quality and design.
