After unpacking I found that these two had followed me home. a Reproduction Punal, and an authentic Falcon (I can not get the accent marks to work on my computer) there were fore knives traditionally cared the gaucho of these the Falcon is the most recognizable and was carried tucked in the belt ant the small of the back. The unsung hero that no man would get dressed with out was the Punal this was cared tucked in the front belt usually on the rite side and was drawn rite sided.

Where did those blades follow you from?

Buenos Aires, Argentina the wife and I took a little trip while the boys were at camp. I wanted to check out Gaucho knives and steak she wanted to check out steak and wine so every one was happy. I was able to check out, hold, measure, and evaluate many deferent stiles and version of Gaucho knives as well as make some contacts with craftsmen down there.

I am or at least some of it traits. The long hunter (my trade knife) has a lot of similarities but is bit long and dose not have the bottom. So yes but I am deciding how traditional I am going.
