Italian kitchen knives

French, german, japanese, i dont see much about italian chef knives. Anyone got any they like, could point me toward makers or typical styles? Pics appreciated! Thanks
 
I used to know a chef that swore by Coltellerie Berti knives. He was a fancy sort of dude. Never used them myself.
 
Take a look at Due Cigni Coltellerie. A lot to see and some nice stuff. Not using them myself but it's always nice to explore a new offering...
