Does anyone have any experience with iTP lights? I am looking at the A1 model that uses one CR123 and has three levels. Mainly wondering how they hold up in pocket carry use, is the anodizing holding up for you? Any other comments are appreciated.

TIA

I have the iTP C7T and the E50. Gave my brother an A1 for Christmas a few years ago. The anodizing is holding up well. Am thinking of buying an A1 or A2 for my self. They are nice little lights IMO.

I have a number of them, and they have functioned perfectly, with no problems at all.

I've had the AAA on my keychain for over a year. Finish and operation is still perfect.

They are great. There at a good price point and are real reliable. I have a couple and they work great and r really bright. I won't buy anything else

I have the A1, A2, & A3. The anodize coating will wear off on the high spots (edges). You can get some of these models in stainless, but they are heavier. The A3 comes in a Titanium version which only weighs 3gm more than the Al model. The Ti job has no finish to wear away. Great product.

I don't know if all of those who liked it have a fair share of flashlights or what, but at the price point they look like winners.

With that said, you can still clearly tell that the knurling on iTP lights are a generic pattern and I personally hate that. The Laser etched logo is so full of flaws that it looks like each logo looks like it's carved by hand

Performance and reliability wise, I cannot tell but again, I will rely any day on a 4Sevens light

I have an ITP A1. I liked it enough to purchase an A2 and an A3. I gave those to my brother and wife. They are not flashlight fans so I figured getting them something that took standard batteries seemed to make sense.

I have other branded flashlights, but the A1 is the one that is on my keychain and goes with me everywhere.

I've had an A3 on the keychain for over a year and love it. I've bought a couple more for family members that liked mine and also had two friends purchase them after seeing mine.

The "generic pattern knurling" doesn't seem to bother anyone yet.:)

I sold an ITP A1 to my brother and it ended up quitting on him a month or two later. It was super bright for it's size and price but kind of short and fat for a keychain light.
I gave him the A3 as a replacement and he finds it to be a better keychain light because it uses more common batteries and is easier to handle being a little longer and thinner.

I actually prefer the maratac AAA because the knurling is much better and it will tail stand but ITP lights seem to be a great value.

The packaging, font and everything in the picture just bothers me greatly, but the knurling is the one you'll have with you all day if you use it

Not to mention that some of their models look like total junk

No offense ;)

No offense taken. ;) I just got a kick out of your wording.

They do have some odd looking lights. Aren't they something like an "economy line" for Olight?

Seriously we've had good enough luck out of the A3s we've bought I'm thinking about one of their Polestars.

Does anyone know if the clip is removeable? I'm going to pocket carry it and don't need the clip.

My one and only iTP is the A3 EOS Upgraded which I use as a backup EDC light with my Fenix PD20 Q5. It's a decent little light, no reliability issues thus far and the anodizing has been holding up well.

I just placed an order for one of these. I'll post up when it gets here and let you know what I think.

Thanks again for all the help.
