I think my spyderco knife may have been stolen by a lyft or uber passenger. Sucks I am not jumping to conclusions as I'm hoping it's just misplaced and turns up but I looked everywhere. This is my only speculation. Sucks. Don't think it was the first knife stolen from me either :(

Sweet I just found it. My dad had found it I guess and had it put away for me. WHEW! I was worried my baby was gone.

This is why I don't let random people in my cars

This reminds me of when I lost a customized CQC-15 and found it a year later in a shoebox. I felt like calling missing persons when I realized I had 0 idea of where it could be.

Wow, I got bummed when I lost my wallet with all my cards, Id, a couple hundred in cash and 2 custom Crawfords, a stamascus Maserin Spirit Framelock, my lock pick set and the fisher Space Pen that travelled around the world with me.

You must be devastated!

Never mind, I see your old man found it.

I can be a little empathetic, I feel bad no matter what Knife is MIA, whether it’s the jarbenza I got from a friend here on the forum to the Crawfords I still can’t find. I still hold out hope even though it’s been 5 years or so.

I lost 3 knives when I first moved to PA within 1 month. A Benchmade Auto Mini-Reflex, a limited white 1 of 500 Blackie Collins Joggin’ Buddy with the Thumbolt Lock and a AG Russell K87 One Hand Opener ala Crawford Framelock.

Found all 3 knives 5 years later within a couple of days of each other. Never give up hope, you never know.

lol...

when I use uber I usually don't see knives laying around or even other stuff to be grabbed or taken? vehicles are always clean of stuff laying around.....

I just ride, pay on my phone, and give the fella or gal a tip in cash and go on my way. ...

I lost a cheap slipjoint that looked like one of those Spanish folders with the bees Napoleon gave out. I think it was stolen. I still miss it and I lost it in High School (ie. A while ago). Glad you found yours.
