Just finished wrapping the BK11.

And what better way to enjoy my handiwork than with a fine beverage!

Got to love the practicality of this knife!

I wrapped the handle on mine with OD green paracord sunday night.

I love that little knife.

Very nice, I really need to get me an 11 my 14 is getting lonely. Good job man.

I like that wrap much better than how I did my 11. I just bought a 14 and need to wrap it. Can you point me in the direction of how to do it like that? Ie. You tube ? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hey Guineaman,

I used this wrap for the handle:

Some tweaks specific for the BK11:

I girth hitched the cord through the single hole near the blade and experimented with how the cord lay before I started wrapping. I think the finish is pretty self-explanatory from the pics. If not, let me know and I or someone more experienced will explain!

Hope this helps!

Good looking wrap, I find that handle wraps are like cooking for guests;
even if you're positive you've got it right, you still worry anyway. :culpability:

but no Bk-11 wrap is complete without "testing" to make sure the bottle opener still works :D
Good show!

Thanks guys! I think it turned out ok. And no worris ThePointyEnd. I'll make sure and regularly test the bottle opener! ;)

apparently a lot of paracord sells are running out of the bright colors. wonder why.

I know what you mean Bladite - it's not very tactical. But for my purposes the bright color is a better option. Nice thing about the wrap is if I change my mind, I can easily change the color!:)

tactical is amusing :> i always chuckle
