Good Mood = Good grinds
Fair Mood = A few more oops
Bad Mood = ALOT of fixing the ooops

There are days when I should stay out of the shop altogether...

When I approach the grinder with $100 of damascus in my hands I find it helps if I say something like: "Enjoy yourself." It keeps me from over-thinking the process.
