But I'm happy to be back! Unfortunately the university campus has some silly rule about large knives being kept on campus so I left the khukuri at home. Now that I'm all settled back in somewhere where they won't have my hide for having them with me, I decided to put this Samsher/Mk. 1 repro to the test since I really hadn't in the past. I'm happy!

That's a beauty and she works too.

Glad your back with us. Stay away from them Universities, they infiltrate your brain and remove your common sense.

Thankfully I'm there for a degree in Forestry, and they're big on the business aspect as well as conservation. Trust me, it'll take more than a school to have me dying my hair pink and protesting around town.

Hey, Darth! Good to know you're still on the right side of dirt. (Me and Bawanna know ALL about bein' on the right side of dirt.) Great looking khuk in the photos. Glad you shared them with us. Got to say that khuk looks like it's right up my alley and that you probably should send it to me for my birthday, Father's Day, or even Bawanna's birthday!

I figured that one would blow your dress up Bookie. It's very nice indeed. I love the traditional lines. It sings.

You better go for Fathers day, my birthday is a ways off and hate to see you have to wait that long.

My kids tell me I've told so many people that I'm their father that they aren't certain anymore...........................

By the way Darth......I'm your father.

I mean tomorrow's Friday, might as well call that the next holiday! Afraid this is one khukuri that's staying with me, regardless of it being Father's day, Bookie's birthday OR Bawanna's (new father?)'s birthday haha. It really is a sweet, sweet khukuri. I'll try and get some specs on it later.

Heya DT. Good of you to share some pics for your return :) From the looks of the chips, I can see why you would want to hang onto that one. Very nice lines too. It just looks like a pleasure to make big sticks into small kindling with.

Welcome back Darth! Great to hear from ya. That is a pretty knife. Its your fault I had to get me one too!
You cant have wood processing equipment while you earn a forestry degree? Whats wrong with this world nowadays? Tell them its part of your Lab tools.

Darth, ol' buddy. Palsy-walsy. Lets' not be snide and uppity now. You know how much Karma you'd receive were you to send that khuk to me? Remember, lad. I know things to do with straight pins.......

Must be my doll, could you pull them pins out of the chest, I've had pains all afternoon.

PULEEEESE!

Do the legs all you want, don't feel those much.

Aint you feelin some phantom pains in your left leg yet Bawanna? Urrrrrgh! Knee cap:eek: Just aint right! Thats one of them fake news doll images. Doc uses real forged barbed and twisted spikes. I better shut up now. I know what he has on his shelf.

Head and chest are hurting pretty good, nothing on the Knee. Maybe he didn't push the pin in far enough?

Must of had it in the forge yesterday, I was sweating all day long???????

Welcome back. Glad you have retained your sensibility. I completely agree.

Chartreuse all the way!

He might make a pretty good Marlin jig if we could come up with a big enough hook. You'd have to turn him around backwards so the hair flows right...I bet Bookie could make us a big hook! ...Ouch!
