It's been a while since I posted some new stuff. First off is a pair of black lip mother of pearl slip joints. The bolsters were made big purposely for Ken Hurst to do some engraving on. The blades and springs are cpm154 with 14k gold nail studs.

Next is a fixed blade with alabama damascus, Doug Ponzio Shop floor suprise bolsters, tapered tang and ram horn handle. I will have some Chuck Ward photos later, this knife won Best Hunter at the Oklahoma Custom Knife show in Tulsa this past weekend.

These next two are small bird and trouts. Both right over 6" long. Alabama Damascus blade, Doug ponzio Shop floor suprise bolsters, and mammoth handle for the first blade.

Alabama Damascus, Chad Nichols damascus bolsters, white mammoth ivory, gold plated screws and both have tapered tangs.

Very nice work. The pair of blacklip folders I find particularly appealing. Please post up some post-engraving pics when Ken has done his thing.

These all look great Ryan.

Did you nitre blue the bolsters on the fixed blades?

You need to show us the slippies after they are engraved.

Thanks,

Kelly

Thanks for the comments. I will post the engraved pictures once they're done.
h2ostx the bolsters were heat colored on an aluminum plate.

VERY nice work. Those slippies look like they will be an excellent canvas for Ken Hurst to do some engraving on. I hope to see them after they are engraved too!

Those bird and trout knives are pretty nice. I like the profile of them. Good use of materials too.

Those folders are real nice but those B&Ts really catch my eye. Excellent choice of materials too.
