Well, its that time of the year when we need to carve some turkey, ham, taters, carrots, or whatever.

This one should do it.......

1084 w/differential H/T
Flat Grind w/convex edge (slight recurve)
Full distal taper from handle to tip
Burgandy Linen Micarta w/stainless tubing
OAL 11"
Blade Tip to Handle 6 1/8"
