S Stelth Looks like Santer will to have to swap the sleigh runners for wheels again this year in South FL. ☹️
Oh well ... at least no Hurry Cane or Blizzard to greet him, Dancer, Prancer, and Rudy. 😁👍

Man, I can't hang with you guys...
Here in north Texas, it started out around 40, and has dropped to about 20, so far. Low is supposed to be about 9 degrees.... windchills below zero, though, with 30+ mph wind gusts.

It's supposed to hit here today at about 3pm. In the 40s right now. Tomorrow morning, 2 F.

I'm about 40 miles north of you, so pretty much the same forecast.

My kids have made it here already and Christmas at my sisters house has been canceled due to Covid. Looks like we're just going to hunker down for the weekend.

Our thoughts are with those of you out west, stay safe!

Lol I am originally from near the buffalo NY area
But I am transplanted into the deep south of Mississippi

And I am thrilled 😄

Yeah it's gonna get cold, for Mississippi it's gonna be cold cold ...like below freezing for a couple days.
And I'm over all....man I haven't had a white Christmas since 1998

This is about as cold as it ever gets here in the central part of Maryland. At least the wind stopped howling - I may try to go for a walk later.

I bought my first one of these in a place that regularly sees 50C/120F, so maybe the nostalgia will keep me warm:
