A while back I decided that I wanted to start making a few knives. So, with a little research, and a LOT of trial and error, I actually Have one completed! I started out making a small propane forge, learning about heat treating, tempering, blade material etc. and came up with this simple, yet kinda cool little skinner. It is made of 1095 with a hand laid micarta type handle, and the ole stand by, Kydex sheath. It was a real challenge to gather all of the info and get it completed, but it was a blast and I look forward to making more!
