Hi Gaurdian_A1 -

Very sweet!

I was looking at those on knifeworks site.

I will probably wind up ordering one of those for use in the woods.

I just like the design. I have ordered an Izula to check out the construction and coatings etc. of the ESEE knives.

Thanks for the pictures, and congrats - I love coming home to find a package that I can cut open, knowing it is a knife or accessory.

best regards -

it's sort of a compromise - it hacks thin stuff as well as a 12-14" 'chete and chops pretty well, too. Mine will go through 2" saplings pretty easy and batons very well - I tested it out turning a 10" piece of ash firewood into 1.5" thick slabs and the only hiccup was the huge knot I found - and that shattered after I had cut (smooth edges) halfway through it.

Man dude, you’ve been buying the ESEEs like Coca-Cola. I need to catch up. :D

That’s sweet bro!

Congrats on the new blade. I recently aquired mine. It was #300 as in the movie "300". I call it my Spartan Blade. You are going to love it. So far, I have beat the crap out of mine. I haven't even been able to dull the blade or wear any of the finish off. It's a tough piece of steel.

Dont have the Junglas(yet?) but its predecessor, the RTAK-2. 10 inch makes for an incredible fun knife. It really are beasts.

Now go out and spill tree guts :)
Dont forget the pictures!
