Now to pose a question to Jerry.I would love to have a set of 1911 grips to match the scales on this one.How about starting a little side line on makeing pistol grips to match the scales on Busse knives?;) I would pay 50.00 to 75.00 for a set.
 
Congratulations on acquiring your BA-E; now go put it to good use.

Regarding the pistol grips: Nice idea, in theory, but... there are plenty of people who can make pistol grips any way you'd like, but only Busse Combat makes knives with this type of design, this steel, and this heat treatment--and Busse is already busy enough and far enough behind on other projects. I sure hope Jerry doesn't divert knifemaking efforts into starting a side line of matching pistol grips.

Actually, the grip issue has come up in the past. To my knowledge Jerry has always declined.

There have been a bunch of requests for these grips. Probably the only way they'd come about would be by having a small run made up by actual pistol grip manufacturers either with or without Busse's name on them.

Personally I'd rather Busse stay focused on their knives. Hopefully at some point they will get caught up and actually produce a folder

I was thinking the best way if he wants to do it would be to contract it to another company.Thinking a little more about it though I would rather have the blade babes #.
