Outstanding! I think it looks great!!
What happened to the Game Warden? Is the product line still evolving?

Are you accepting any trade backs for one?

Sweet! Looks like what I need for backpacking.
Thanks for the picture Andy.
I hope I'm thanking you in 2 weeks when that Badger roars in.

Get some sleep!

Damn you, damn you to hell, Prisco!

How the hell am I supposed to tell my wife I need another knife?

In all sincerely, though, my congrats to the whole Busse crew on the Badger E. That's just an awesome design. I've been a big fan of the BA for years now, and was hoping that the new E handle wouldn't appear too severely angled, or make the knife look like a mini-khukri. The curve on that handle is perfect.

(I wonder how many returnable empties we have in the basement?...)

I get some pleasure from finding a relentlessly peaceful use for a combative looking knife.

YEAH!!

Blade length, how about width??? Is it going to be slightly thinner? Like maybe .23 or even aka Lean Mean Street? Or availible thinner? I think the BA and MS should be availible in the thinner version.

Do it right,or not at all.

Don,
I think you're going to be very, very pleased with the handle on this one. I had the good fortune to be able to fondle a prototype of the now discontinued Game Warden at Blade West. The handle felt absolutely fantastic to my large hands. Initial indications are that the BA-E and Game Warden share the same handle treatment, so my anticipation is reaching a fevered pitch

Oh joy! Is that a diamond like textured handle?? Bill, what does it feel like? Secure, no slip, enough bite?? Is it micarta?

L8r,

Nakano,
That's an affirmative on both the diamond quilt pattern and the micarta material. Andy has mentioned that the BA-E will be offered in both the black and tan colors. I felt like the texture of the new handle definitely offered a better than average grip. It is, of course, a good deal wider than the handle on the original BA and it suits my hand quite well.
