finally! after being trolled by customs for 2 weeks, it's finally here, my orange stonewashed xm-24 flipper!
I am soooooooooo excited about it!
I was amazed by how big it actually is! It is really hard to get a proper idea of the size on pictures!
it is so smooth, so solid, so f***ing amazing!
pics will follow soon!
ps: in a way I have to thank the customs and fedex trolling me, since even tough i have it for 10 minutes it feels as if we've been trough so much already!

Congratulations! We are all glad it finally showed up and that you love it. You were put through the ringer on this one, but I am sure it was worth it.

Glad it all worked out favorably.

Look forward to your photos.

I can understand the emotions involved, feels great to get a "new" Hinderer...each and every time.

Congrats! Been following your saga from the beginning, great ending, believe me it's worth the wait, welcome to the family.

Congratulations on an awesome knife! I know you will enjoy it every time you use it.
I'm looking forward to the pictures!

I am impressed by how smooth it is. I hate to admit this, but it is much smoother than my sebenza.
rumour has it that hinderers are not very sharp, but this one is! not AS sharp as my sebenza, but still very sharp, it will easily cut paper!
immediately put it to the test by withling some wood and it did an outstanding job!
the ergo's are unsurpassed by anything i've ever held. Also, i was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the clip can be changed with a simple philips driver and that the allen wrench from my sebenza fits in the scale screws!!
very very happy with it! the only thing i'm really upset and dissapointed with is the fact that i now want an xm-18 3" aswell for edc!(not gonna happen anytime soon tough, dont got THAT deep pockets!)
here's some pictures for your viewing pleasure!

Great pics, I'm SO glad it's finally in your hands!

Looks good, I'm a sucker for orange....Now go get it dirty!

already used it to whittle some wood to start a fire! did an outstanding job, ergos are amazing

Just rember...they cut wood like butter. I learned that the hard way...had one slicing like you did in your photo but on a treated 2X4...cut so quickly and smoothly, after several splinters...I slipped out of the wood and kissed the knives edge on concrete. Know what happened next...kept slicing like nothing had even happened. Hit the edge on a steel, month later touched it up on a Wicked...but didn't really need to.
