I've been sitting here this morning reading and catching up on the forums and constantly going back to Canada Posts website to track my two incoming packages. The site has been telling me for 5 days that my RC 3 is in customs in Quebec. (The second item is a Scrap Yard Dumpster Mutt but I'm sure all you ESEE fans wouldn't be interested in that!!! ;) )
Well to my surprise there was a knock on the door. The mail dude!!!!
My 3 is here and WOW am I LOVING it!!!!
For such a small blade is a lot more than I expected!!!
It included 2 sheaths (coyote and black) 2 belt clips, two MOLLE clips, the MOLLE back and a business card.
Special thanks to JV3!!! You rock dude!!!

It will be part of my EDC from now on.
I can't wait for my next outdoors adventure so I can go beat it up!!
I'm also excited to get more.
I like FAT blades a lot so I think that the 5 will be next.....but maybe I need an Izula......or a HEST.......but I really like the 4......and 6.........

If i'm lucky maybe mine will look like this one day!!! :D
(Without the Peru on it)

This is an RC-3 carried and used every day but one of our Peruvian Air Force Survival Instructors. I offered him a 100 dollar bill and a new knife to let me have it back and bring back to the States to put in our collection. He turned me down. Seriously. So, I settled for taking a picture. Anyway, this is what RAT Cutlery gear and knives do. No bullshit. No wannabe warrior stuff. Real use by real-deal guys.

After seeing how well-used this knife is, it makes me wonder how anyone could break one unless they are abusing it.

I have more photos from this latest round of training pilots in jungle survival. Will try to get these posted when I have time.

Actually quite comfortable.
When I buy gloves I'm between med and lg pending on the maker and I think this fits well.
I went outside and carved a point on a small green branch for about ten mins or so and couldn't feel even the start of a hot spot.
I happy with it.
It will make a great camp and EDC knife.

Congrats on the new RC 3 it is one of my favorite blades and sees more belt time then any of my other fixed blades, I just really love this knife.

If i'm lucky maybe mine will look like this one day!!! :D

Someday I want my RC3 to look like this.

holy, man that took forever! glad it got there safe. forgot to say there's a coating of slip2000 (it's gun oil) on it so wash it off first if you're using for food prep. d'oh.

Thanks for the heads up J!!!
I always wash knives that I get from a previous owner.
Good thing I did too cause I cut an apple up for my daughter!!

Glad you like the handle, it is a little small for me.
I was stupid when I went to pick up the HEST it was regular price and the ESEE 3 was $30 off (last day of sale).
I was too dumb to buy the ESEE 3 then pick up the HEST a couple of weeks later.
