have you ever had one of those songs that you know from somewhere but you cant place where??? maybe it was in a commercial, a movie, or played by a car that was passing by....
and you know you should just let it go. but you don't.... for months.
well just such a thing happened to me. i got an album about a year ago and i heard a song on it, and i thought to myself "oh man, thats the harvey birdman theme song. crazy, so thats where they got the song from"... one month later i completely forgot i had the album, lost in 100gb's of random mp3's spread out over hundreds of folders.
then 4 months ago i thought about it again when i heard the harvey birdman theme, wondering "what was the name of that band that did that song?". i searched, i searched again, i scoured the internet looking for someone, ANYONE who was asking the same question, and no one brought it up.
well its called "slow moody blues" by r. tisley. and it comes from the album "morphine mambo jazz club".
finally. dangit. 4 months of frustration, finally come to an end....
i know this is an utterly random thing to post about, but it was killing me... and theres no one at my house thats awake to tell it to
looking again, it would appear as though im the first person to bring this up on the internet! ha!
