To everyone making the trip to Bastidville please make it a safe one.
Knives aside, I can not wait to see some of the gang (old and new) that hang around here.

Life is great. Friends are getting together for 4 days starting tomorrow.

(Oh yeah, I have the battery charged on the new camera and a 4 gig card ready to go!)

I have a 6 a.m. flight tomorrow but it will be worth it once I see some of those familar faces, not to mention certain knives.

I'm glad I was talked into going again this year.

I will be bringing Killer in my carry on bag.

Ok girls, time to be jealous...very jealous. Dear ole' Mr. Zscherny will be delivering this nicle fellow to me tomorrow in Atlanta. All I can say is Wowsers...he just sent me this pic! This is my favorite type of stag...light in color...almost translucent. And yes, double bomb shields on BOTH sides.

I thought this was going to be my first one but the wife is really pregnant. I need to stay close to home so I'm shooting for next year. I hope everyone has a great time.
 
Well I wish I could go. But no can do. But each of you can bring back some stuff for those of us who can't go. Like some nice knives. :-) Let me know who pulls my name out of the hat to buy me a knife down there. I will send them my address.
