I've been a long time lurker to the Busse subforum but I finally pulled the trigger
on a CGBWM. I admit I was a tad skeptical about the wonders of INFI.
But after hours of chopping on an old hard oak door my buddy and I decided to give knife throwing a shot. Needless to say after many hard rebounds into the stony soil the edge of my mistress didn't look very new anymore. But with just a little effort with a kitchen steel it looks damn near new again.....

Lol ... never admit anything on your first one .... that gives you an excuse to say you bought the second one just to check :D If you're very skeptical you can amass a great collection that way :D:D
 
Nice. That is probably the best all around chopper/user you bought there. Perfect thickness, weight, and the CBT look awesome when you eventually strip them.

Good start.
