Fathers day is quickly approaching. My oldest Daughter (who is 6) knows here Daddy very well and asks "so what sharp (she calls knives "sharps") do you want this year Daddy". Well I thought about it and decided we should go the the computer and take a look.
I don't collect knives per say. I guess what I mean by that is, every knife I buy, gets used. I have plenty of custom fixed blades, and the slip-joint bug has bit me deeply. Most likely from hanging out here with you folks
So for the most part I have started off slowly, and am working my way up. Decided I needed a good "Sunday go to meeting" knife, that will undoubtedly still be used to clean it's fair share of Brook trout this summer.
My eye has been on the Saddlehorn, and I have approval from the 6 yo on this. "It's pretty Daddy, and you could take the fishes guts out with it" She is fascinated with animals, guts and all
My new Saddlehorn is on it's way.......... let ya know how it does with the "fishes guts" later this summer
