Well guys, after having my RC-4 and Izula for not even a full month, I've ordered the RC-6 today!! I love these knives! When I first got the 4 I was a little disappointed with the size of the handle as it seemed to not fit my hand well for the overall size of the knife. Now having used it for a couple of weeks, it seems to fit my hand perfectly. The only thing I found was that I was missing the extra length of the blade when batoning, so now I am eagerly waiting for the 6 to give it a whirl. But I am feeling feaverish because when I was on the website ordering it today, I so wanted a 5 and a HEST too!! Well maybe in another couple of months....weeks...days I'll have to order more.

Every single one of their knives is sexy and addicting just to look at! The -6 is next on my list, as of now, but that may change by tomorrow.

I've never been like this with anything else. I've haven't "collected" anything since I was a kid and collected Garbage Pail Kids cards. These knives have some sort of addictive additive to the micarta scales or in the coating that gets into your system as you use them making you want more and more. I just wish I had the money to buy even more. Until now, I was part of the group that inisted that the Mora was sufficient for all that I needed to do and any of the the other "higher priced" knives were simply a waste of money that could be spent on other pieces of gear.

I just received a -4 and am waiting to put it through its paces this week end. I know this is only the beginning.

Well, but your head down and devote more time to using them. Trust me, hanging around places like this always leads to more knife buying :D Well, I was on the wagon for a couple of months and somewhere I fell off ;)

You will really like the RC-6. Mine is my devoted pack knife. I really like being able to pull it out and use it for camp chores when I need the big blade to do the nasty things. Has a great balance, is truly indestructable and yet sharp and a good slicer. A great all rounder.
