Last month:
Buck Paklite skinner (2-17.99 each) Plans are one in a custom neck sheath and the other in my hiking backpack..
Large Trapper (1-18.99) Always wanted a good trapper for small game hunting,This is my new rabbit, squirrel knife..
Stockman/solo combo (1-19.00) I love the 3 bladed stockmans and carry a solo everyday as my second carry..
----------Drumroll----------------------
TRIO/SOLO BONE HANDLES $1.50..Yes I said One dollar and fifty cents!!! Found at (Wally)..It was later in the evening and the combo was laying out on the counter all by itself..It rung up for $1.50 and the cashier looked at me puzzled,, I said thats the wrong price....He called over the manager and it was a dicontinued item,, a new item used the same skew# or something...The nice older female manager let me have it for $1.50..Maybe the comment, (You look really nice today and a quick wink helped a little)..First time my 42 year old,, GI veteran studness paid off...

Just recently found the Buck Trapper middle sized model locally for a $20 spot.. I might pick it up this weekend..

Yup, last 3 purchases have been Bucks. Well made in the USA for a great price. Hard to resist.

its tough on a guy when you have found a sweet spot in town that keeps alotta variety in stock. its been hard on my bank account, but worth every penny.

Actually, I've slowed down buying them. I checked and I've only bought 16 Bucks in the last thirty days, but I do have three on order. ;)

None today, yet.......

Order is in for the Jeremiah Johnson Bowie (aka Frontiersman 124) re-issue in the pipeline.:thumbup:

I have bought but one. It will last me for my life and will surely outlive me if I am not to lose it, plus it has a forever-warranty.

Eventually someday, someone will post pictures of a worn Buck he inherited, asking for info on it;
That person might be be my grown up grandchild.

5 today alone, 4 from the gun show and 1 from the flea market. I'm afraid to look at the last 30 days but suspect I have plumberdv beat. 2 more are eBay purchases enroute and one is on order with Larry Oden............:o

Thats about it for me. Waiting on a couple to hit the website in stock.

Let's see...4 paperstone Rangers...5 442's... A 4dot 110FG... a 105 two liner... an 811...a 500 gold etch with stag scales
Hmmm, yes; I guess I've been buisy :D

I have two store bought 110's and a Custom shop 110 all bought since January time frame, looking to PU a 124 soon! I hope!
and I want a 112 and a Squire and a Paperstone 110 and a Guide and a well this could go on and on.

I just lucked on to this one. A '93 560 NIB w/sheath and all the paper work for a total of $65, I couldn't pass it up. I already have at least one of them but none with the box so I was happy with this deal.

This one came in today's mail. I have wanted one of these for quite a while. I guess I'll be the custodian of it for a while. :)

Once I realized my knives were becoming a collection, I picked up a standard 110. I like my spyderco ukpk g10, it weighs about 2 oz and nearly vanishes in the pocket. The 110 is almost 4 times the weight, not a one hand opener, needs a belt sheath to take care of it nicely... and yet I find myself carrying it and loving the simplicity of it. not to mention the hollow grind sharpens to shave ... and makes me wonder how much we really need supersteels... I love that 110, and I don't know why.. It just makes me happy. I write with a typewriter too.. something just feel good, the buck 110 lives up to the legend, aside from the historical importance and simplicity of the knife. - hayes btw, CellarDrummer, the 119special has that same draw to me. I have no practical use for it as I am a city dwelling student, and yet I want to the store sample everytime I stop in the local Buck Dealer another buck classic...
