I've Called Several Times.....

I've called 1-888-SOG-BEST several times with no luck. The last 2 days it rings, picks up and then disconnects. Any help with this? I'm trying to get the pocket clip on my Pent Elite replaced.

SOG has more-than-likely been closed down for the past couple of days due to a large amount of snow and ice on the area roadways.

I suspect you're right. I've called too, and the phone system is off line.
Ron said something about 3-10" of snow! For a city that doesn't normally get snow...:eek:
 
A lot of places have closed up there because of the bad weather. I would not be suprised if SOG was affected. But as of 5:00pm Pacific time, the Postal Service was still working.:) Hope everyone is alright up there.
 
There's been a lot of power outages, as well. Don't know if SOG was hit. The storm has been very bad!
 
Sorry I didn't see your post earlier.

We were hit kinda hard by the storm. Yesterday we lost power until about 9 am and apparently when it came back on it messed up the phone system. Also we only had 4 people in the office. It seemed that most employees could not make it in yesterday. Today everyone is here and trying to catch up to a couple days off from snow and ice. So it you can not get through on the phone please be patient or try email.
