I've already posted other pipes I've made, but thanks to a friend that gave me a piece of Greek briar, I was able to make my first briar pipe.
When I started to work on the wood, some minor imperfections started to appear, something very common in briar (sand grains, little stones, etc) Maybe if I kept on removing material they started to dissapear, but I didn't wanted to change the original design. Since this pipe is for me and it doesn't affect the smoking properties and still looks nice, I left them there.
I didn't make the stem as I don't have a lathe, instead, I've modified one from an older pipe. I've also made a worked sterling silver piece to decorate the pipe.
Hope you like!

And this fits in here too, a damascus pipe tool (3 3/4" long) that doubles as reamer and tamper, for a customer in Spain.

Thanks for looking!
