I decided to go for it anyways.

I soaked them in hot water for 20 mins on Monday, wore them till they dried, added the back half of an old sneaker insole into them ( just need the padding at the heel without adding extra thickness in the toe ) an wore them all day yesterday without issue.


Being comfortable and just not bothering your feel are two different things right ?
I feel like they are, but anyways I'm definitely going to be getting some use out of these.

Btw I'm sure it wasn't the best thing to use but it all I had, so I oiled them up with some mineral oil.
I may want to get some actual boot oil, but i hope the mineral oil won't hurt them.
