I have a Buck 25% off card, and it's burning a hole in my pocket. Can't use it on custom shop 110's, I already have a 301. I have big paws, so I am kind of limited. Interested in the Buck fixed blades somewhat, like the 102, 103 and 119. I'm also interested in the 151 Mayo. Is the Simonich collaboration still available?

Gimme some ideas gentlemen!

Is that 25% off the Buck website price? That's not a lot.

If you join the BCCI you can get much better discounts on at least a couple knives from a good selection on that site......some say it's two per year (haven't gotten a final answer on that yet).

Maybe you should dump a glass of water on that pocket and fill out an application?

:)

Do you get discounts on the custom 110's? 110dave gave me a BCCI membership form last year, I might still have it. Yeah, the Buck website prices are a little high :foot:.

True.

Funny how history unfolds. You BG42EDGE were so hesitant to join the BCCI, or at least you kept putting it off and now you are recommending it highly. ;)

Similar to Plumberdv and his trophy Vantages.

Well, I've had these "25% off" coupons before and never used them because I could do better elsewhere, so I don't think too much of them.

However, the discounts to BCCI Members (or is it just life members, I don't know) are 50% and more and that gets us to the bargain level and better on some knives. (By that I mean considerably cheaper than you could get them on e-Bay.)

So, I'm just spreading the news as best I can when the information is a bit spotty.

Those considering joining should ascertain the facts for sure for themselves before taking the plunge.

I find the info on the club website pretty fascinating and any bargains I get are a bonus.

:)
