:
Bro that looks to me like a Dhankuta style with the little hump on its back
I bet they are working foos like all of the village knives are.
If I didn't have other expenses right now I would buy them both as gifts to friends of mine who would like to have a khukuri, but that cannot afford one, even a villager model.
Oh and I didn't tell you, but Doya was very pleased with the other little villager that I bought for her a while back. I know you will remember that deal.
We have since found out that Doya has a marble sized tumor just above her left ear that's causeing some pressure on her brain from time to time.
We are all very thankful that it's not malignant and that it and not other causes is responsible for the increased activity of her epilepsy.
Doya is more medically messed up than I am and I value her display of strength and courage in the face of her adversity.
Doya says that I have heled her a great deal and doesn't understand that she has also helped me in kind.
Doya is a very brave Cherokee Lady and I'm proud to know her and was glad that Barb and me could repay her generosity with a small gift of a real Nepalese Khukuri.
You would have thought we had given her a YCS or other like khukuri!!!!
These lttle villagers can mean a lot to others less privileged than most of us here.
