I've never seen one of these before.

A while back I learned about the ridiculous new Esee's with the neon green blades and the neon orange scales, and i know a lot of people like to have the safety orange scales but I've never seen or heard of an orange bladed esee or even heard of one for that matter. Have I just been under a rock or is this a rare animal?
