Hey guys! Long time lurker here but never really made the plunge into Traditionals.
But this year I participated in Reddits "Sharp Swap" basically a secret santa with knives! Oh yeahh :)
And my secret santa was kind enough to send me this!







A Case Russlock Carhartt edition!! So stoaked about this knife! Cant wait to get more traditionals in my rotation. Now i just need some spiffy leather sheaths and such for pocket carry haha

This happened to me too recently. browsing through some of the sub forums on this site and ran across the traditionals sub forum. Saw some pics of GECs, Queen S&M and few others. My curiosity took me to a site that sells GEC, Northwoods, etc... As soon as I saw the Northwoods Fremont I was hooked! The Presidentials are very nice too. Heck... all of them are nice.
 
I got a stag one when they were first released, great pattern! I now work with several knife nuts and a buddy of mine showed me his new staglon delrin version of your knife. I remember mine being easy to finger lever open but it took me three tries with his! I've never felt an action that heavy on a Case!
