....my heart now belongs to another brand. I fell asleep last night on the couch while watching TV and awoke to a marvelous site! There before my eyes was that super knowledgeable purveyor of fine cutlery Tom O'Dell from the old knife show on the Shop At Home Network and Todd from the knife show on the Home Shopping Network. These two knife hawking superpowers have evidently combined to form the Cutlery Corner Network. According to their webiste: "Cutlery Corner Network is a satellite shopping network of cutlery like none other. This massive array of collectable cutlery, bowies, customs, dealer assortment, kitchen cutlery, swords, & tactical knives will be brought straight into your home every week." "What high-end cutlery brand were these fine gentleman selling?", you might ask. Well folks, it was none other than that proponent of "440 high-carbon steel", FROST CUTLERY!!!!!!! Tom and Todd enlightened me as to the fine characteristics of Frost. For one they take designs from those other so called high-end knife companies and make them for pennies on the dollar. Therefore making it possible for us average folks to buy 15 of these knives for what it would cost to purchase one of the models that were made by the actual designer/manufacturer. According to our heroes Tom O' and Todd these knives are made with awesome precision and top drawer materials (don't forget they use 440 "high-carbon steel") and as Tom is fond of saying they often use "CO-co-BO-lo" wood (gee I hope I captured Tom's wonderful cadence). Anyway, I’ll soon be selling all of my CRK, Spydies, V’nox and others so I can become a high-class collector and I owe it all to Tom O’ and Todd. God bless them both. Don’t you want to jump on the bandwagon with me? BTW, I’ll soon be changing my name to “Frost fan”.

That's called "RIPOFFS" in the rest of the industry. Be sure and e-mail me when you are getting rid of all of your CRK, Randall, and other fine knives that you now know are such inferior stuff so you can load up on theat Frost junk.

Ummmm, sarcasm challenged? :)

Remember the sword he broke on the table? It only broke into two pieces. Now thats a quality sword. Any other sword would have damaged the table and they might have had to replace it. But this amazing sword saved the table. Thats how you know these people sell real quality stuff.

Now that's quality folks!

That guy is actually Shawn. Tom's much less knowlegable partner. Tom is the "god" of all TV knife salesmen. He would never do anything to cheapen himself.

Hmmm, you got me thinking, I could sell 20 customs and decorate all the walls in my house , bathrooms included, with gleaming stainless steel. It would then be impervious to drive-bys.

I think you should email that idea to our hero, "Tom O' the knife god". He would probably use that pitch on next week's show. ;)

..the "militaria/knife/gun show" I attended on Sat.One table had 2 "gentlemen" selling their obvious ripoff products-knives called M-Tech etc(decent designed-not theirs obviously) and made of 440 steel once again.I innocently asked if these blades were 440A,440B or440C?The answer?Obviously 440A since A is better then B or C.I moved on.BTW are these 2 guys on the Canadian Shopping Channel(TSC?) :barf:and Friend I'll give all of your Bm's,V'nox's,CRKT's,Spyderco's and customs a good home-just put them all in one box carefully wrapped, and also tighten all the pivot screws so that Canada customs don't think your mailing me any illegal "gravity or flick knives"-I'll even pay all the postage!!Thanks :D

If I'm not mistaken I think I heard Todd or Tom O' (you know, the knife god) say these were made of 440S. Anybody have any idea as to what the S stands for?

...why am I even fooling around with the likes of ATS-34/154CM,M2,D2,A-2 440C ,INFI,differentially temoered 52100 et al.when 440S is available?Of course the "S" in 440S stands for "sucker","sap", and the AISI designation for 440S is "S_h_i_t"(with up to .0001%carbon!)Thanks for the laughs. :p

Hey, the truth is, I'd watch the show if I got it where I live, it's very entertaining, like watching a car wreck.

I believe I have heard them call the bowies they sell "customs". My turds by the way are all full custom jobs, sole authorship. :)

Damn, we miss out on quality shows like that down here on the less crowded side of the world. How can I see the benefits of these fine, and reasonably priced, Frost masterpieces. :(

Trane Fan is correct and in the ending of that clip you can see Shawn crawling off camera (always maintaining his professional composure when hiding under the table by attempting to stay out of the camera's eye) and then Tom swoops in and with the mark of a Real World Operator continues on with the sales pitch.

Just remembering it brings a tear to my eye. Those boys make me proud!

I'm waiting for Frost to come out with some Gil Hibben fantasy designs so I can really stock up this generation's super hot collectibles!!

I'm jealous! You are looking at their high end knives. I'm just dreaming of the day that I can afford to plunk down $192.60 to get their 137 piece package.

...forget the knives and swords ,it's that unbelievable TABLE in the video clip I really want.It actually broke a katana! What's it made of?No price is too high!Imagine the swords, fixed blades and folders I can make from that "Excalibur-type " slab of furniture. You guys can also have a piece of the action-for a price of course!Too funny.
