Hi all,
I'm thinking of getting a nice folder for dress occasions. The idea is of a 3" to 3.5" blade, with a tactical & elegant shape (maybe recurve,...) The trick is that I'd like ivory slabs large enough to accomodate nice scrimshaws (on each side), so huge bolsters are out. Forged blade a +, but not a requirement.
What are the makers I should look into? Apart from the people regularly posting here, I'm not very knowledgeable of the tactical / folder makers...
I'm looking into Barry Davis' work, but that's probably more fancy than what I'm thinking about...
