I have some ivory micarta handles. I am trying to get a glossy finish. I wet sanded up to 600 grit. I am going to put on beeswax. will this make the glossy finish?

It may work.
My advice: try to put some beeswax on a little surface and see if you like the way it looks.
If not, you might want to go to 800 and then 1000 grit and try again with beeswax.

It will polish up to a shiny finish and looks real nice. Sand to 1000 grit and buff with rogue, green then pink. DM
