Ivory Rehandle for Case CV Sodbuster- Who can do this? Pics?

As much as I try to convince myself that the Sodbuster is a "simple" workman's pattern, I really find it comfortable, practical and attractive as an EDC option.

The yellow Delrin handled version is an American classic, but I want a nicer cover/scale material, enter Ivory (mammoth or Dumbo).

Can anyone point me to artisans who can do this change with great results?

I'd prefer a Case CV with rehandle but if there are custom options which have ivory by default I'm listening (specially if the rehandle would get into custom pricing).

Pictures of finished work are more than welcomed.
