Ivory used by swamp rat custom

Huh, I'll be the first to answer, but with another question. What, pray tell, are you talking about?

I, even if I'm far from an expert, haven't ever seen an ivory Swamp Rat.

Id like to see some Ivory rats as well. I have seen bone handles but no Ivory. I read a post where someone said they ordered a rat in Ivory but i never seen such a beast.
 
I want to think I've seen a Swamp Rat with mammoth.

Lots of Busse's with mammoth tusk and tooth.

I dont recall ever seeing any elephant ivory, its so hard to verify pre-ban ivory that it might not be worth the trouble. I have a bag of small ivory pieces I'd love to get inlaid into some handles. But with the shadow of that total ban looming, I just dont know.
 
I do not recall seeing any Ivory on a Rat. I have been wrong before. There have been bone and horn used.
