I received a brochure in the mail yesterday from BanyanBay introducing a product called western horn. I tried to use the web address in the brochure with no luck and the e-mail address bounces back. Anybody else tried to bring up their site?

I've generally had good luck with purchases from them. Nice quality, fast service.

Recently, however, I have several messages (over the course of about 3 months) to them about buying a decent quantity of material (30 or 40 sets of scales) which will lead to a very large-quantity order if all works out, and I can't seem to get a response.
Don't know what's going on, but I'm considering other options.

I'll probably try contacting them again just because I've had good experiences in the past and have been happy with the quality.
 
I've ordered a LOT of stag tapers from them and have found it easier to just call them.
There doesn't seem to be anyone really "In charge" of the email.
 
Thanks. I can get to that site, but no luck on searching for the western horn. They actually have a different web address in the brochure.
 
A couple of years ago, I had trouble getting a second order filled after repeated phone calls I stopped trying.
 
I've dealt with them for years and always had great service and incredible product at - well - fair prices. About a month ago, I did have a problem getting an email response for about a week. That is the closest thing to a problem I've ever had with them. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:
