IWB carry for the para 2

I have a paramilitary 2 in the mail! I just had a few questions about carrying the blade.

-Which clip configuration will let the knife carry the lowest?

-what are the effects on the s30v blade and liners when carried IWB?

I think both configurations are about the same with carry height. If I were carrying my Paramilitary 2 IWB, I would definitely carry it tip down. I don't see how the blade and liners would be affected by that form of carry.
 
s30v gets light surface rust from sweat in my pockets, some people never saw that happening, i do, i guess some people's sweat is more acid than others'.

to clarify, this usualy happens when i have it in my kitchen trousers pocket with the apron above and when the service gets really hot. this is not everyday, but it happens. IWB i try to avoid so i don't know but i guess if you don't work too hard that'll be fine.
 
I carry mine tip up. The Para 2 has a ball detent that the original didn't have. The blade stays closed better as a result. I also haven't had a problem with sweat on mine though it is the gray carpenter version. Unless you sweat a lot your under drawers should keep most sweat off the knife. Unless you have been watching too many Rambo movies that is.
