IWB clip

Does anyone know if people have ever tried rotating the clip on a folder 90 degrees and making it stubbier so that you can carry the knife horizontally IWB, instead of vertically?

On the AR/GB? Hmmm, interesting idea for changing a folder's carry position. I'm not sure it would work with the strider folder, if the clip is left at it's original position on the butt. The knife is so heavy at the pivot, the knife would probably pull itself unclipped. Obviously I could be wrong, but it just may work if the clip was repositioned closer towards the midpoint of the handle.

Yeah, that's basically what I was thinking. Balance shouldn't be a problem at the middle. It seems like a comfortable way to carry a folder IWB..
