Blade-Tech does not have anything worth while posted on their website. The Tek-Lok is all well and good, but it rides reallly high, IWB would be much better.

It seems like this would be the perfect IWB setup w/ the right attachments...

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

i carry iwb with my edc's so i will give you my 02cents worth.

i bought a strider db for iwb but it came with the foldover kydex with teclock probably just like the eb sheath. i just took a piece of paracord and made a loop thru the holes in the sheath until i could have a better sheath made for this set up.

also blade-tech sells iwb loops that i have found to be the best there is for iwb carry. they are adjustable for different belt widths but with the type of sheath that comes with the strider knives it will place the loop really low on the sheath causing the handle to ride too high for iwb.

Para-cord would do the trick, I'll give that a try. I'm thinking of modifying the Tek-Lok to use with a malice clip or something... It seems like it would not be too tough to make a simple clip attachment out of Kydex.

let me know how it turns out. where did you get your kydex from and how much did you have to buy. i have always wanted some but it seems you have to buy rolls of the stuff.

I have a set of hooks for a Sidearmor IWB that I do not use... I'll post more if I start sawing the stuff up :D

I've always used G-Clips that I custom make for each individual sheath to allow for IWB carry with or without a belt. People always seem pretty happy with them. Don't know what the Strider sheath is like, though. Is it just a regular Kydex sheath, or is it one of the nylon jump sheath type of things? In my way of looking at things, if you're serious about carrying a knife a specific way get a custom made sheath for it. For the price it's well worth it. Drop me a line, if you want. I don't do much sheath work beyond what goes out with my own knives, these days, but I haven't gotten a chance to ssee any Striders up close and personal, so I'd be willing to set you up with something.

Thanks Chiro, I appreciate the offer. As it turns out, this tek-lok contraption does cant to were it will conceal. IWB would be better, but I'm going to stick with this setup for awhile. Again, that you for the offer, I may take you up on it some time in the near future.
