Izula II with kit. How's the kit?

I have a new Izula II on the way. I opted for the kit as I plan on using it as an occasional EDC and wanted a good option for belt carry. How good is the clip plate? Does it work for horizontal and vertical carry? What about the other stuff in the kit, is it useful?

Btw I hate you all as I've ordered 3 knives over the last two weeks and my wife may strangle me.
 
I got the kit with my venom green izula and it's decent, only vertical carry though. The whistle is pretty flimsy but the rest is ok, I just stuck it all in my maxpedition bag.
 
Agree with Hauling. Whistle is so-so the rest is just fine. I would say that it is nothing to write home about, but certainly worth the small amount more than the knife and sheath alone. In other words i do not feel ripped off by the extra money spent at all.

If you want horizontal carry, look for a full size tec-loc. The small ones do not fit the sheath well.
