Title says it all, recommend me an EDC fixed blade. 100 bucks and under would be nice, but if you've got something great to recommend thats outta the price range, I'd very much like to hear it.
Thanks for your time, have a good one.

Look at the Izula II, 1/2 inch more handle and comes with micarta scales already or if you can search and find one a Kershaw Skyline fixed blade is a great knife I have one in my small camping bag, its great for food processing and blade hq has kydex sheaths which is a must have because the factory sheath is pretty bad.

I have a Kershaw skyline fixed and it's a great knife. I don't edc it because I have yet to buy a kydex sheath and I'm not a fan of the leather one included with the knife. It is pretty light and the ergos are decent.

If you don't mind stainless, check out the Spyderco Street Beat. Right about in between the two size wise.

I have a bk14, and I understand why people like it so much. The blade thickness that others love so much about it inhibits the slicing cabability. Again, I understand why people like it, it's just not really for me.
I still really appreciate the feedback.

I am like you. I sold off both my ESEE 3 (HATED the choil!!! Why is there a choil on a knife this size?!) and my ESEE 4 and Izula 2. I ended up REALLY liking the Bark River Gunny. I got a canvas micarta handled model. The size is similar in length to the ESEE 3 but it's slimmer and has nice handle contours! Of all the customs I have, for some reason I keep reaching for the Gunny......
